Dear All,

I want to share a personal update with you. I have recently been diagnosed with a very early stage of breast cancer. While this news came as a surprise, it was caught early, and I am grateful for that.

The immediate treatment is surgery, which is scheduled for early August. After surgery, my long-term treatment plan may include chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

Josh and the kitchen team will continue operating the shop, but for the time being, we will be offering a more limited shop menu and may also need to reduce quantities. Additionally, we will not be accepting any special orders, pickups, or off-premise catering jobs.

Over a year ago, Josh made a commitment that will require him to be away from the kitchen for two weeks. As a result, from July 26 through August 4, we will only offer freezer items. We will not send out a weekly shop menu during this time, and shop hours will depend on the inventory available in the freezer.

At this point, the long-term plan for the shop is still uncertain. Once I have a clearer picture of my treatment schedule and what lies ahead, I will share more with all of you.

I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this unexpected path. So much remains uncertain, and I apologize for that, but I am grateful for your kindness and for continuing to support our team.
